PLEASE NOTE: Shipping addresses provided is where packages will be shipped to. Mistakes to shipping addresses made by the customer cannot be corrected after shipping emails have been sent and Pink Salad LDN cannot be held accountable for these mistakes. Refunds will not be issued.

Packages that are returned as a result of incorrect addresses or inability to deliver will result in a redelivery fee (price subject to country of delivery). Customers can alternatively be refunded for items but NOT the cost of shipping.

Please be aware that we have TWO shipping options: STANDARD OR TRACKED. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE customers to purchase the TRACKED shipping option ESPECIALLY International orders (NON United Kingdom) to ensure you know where your parcel is at all times. 

Standard Shipping DOES NOT have a tracking number. We use this service to provide a more affordable, cheaper shipping option for customers who would like our products and do not need their parcels in a hurry or are comfortable in waiting until their package arrives with no tracking.

Although international delivery is usually very quick and most parcels arrive in a matter of days, parcels can be held at customs and border controls in any country for any period of time and this is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. If you do not purchase a tracking number, we cannot track your parcel and the number you receive is a REFERENCE number for our records. For your own peace of mind, we HIGHLY suggest tracked shipping so you can follow your parcel and avoid disappointment.

All orders will ship within 3 business days after purchase, except pre-order items, which will ship on the day specified in the product description.
